Due to the current movement restrictions in Dubai and reduced Ramadam working hours, deliveries may take up to 3 days. If you are outside of Dubai please contact us at before placing an order and we will do our best to see if we can accommodate your request.

We deliver next day Sunday - Thursday but advise during busy periods it could take up to 3 working days. If your order is placed on a Thursday after 12pm it will be processed the following Sunday. Please note any customs duties or taxes levied at the destination country will be charged by the courier at delivery and is the customer's responsibility.

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 14 days for the refund transfer to be completed.


We will collect all returns within Dubai. Please email and give them the order number and reason for return. All returns require authorization by a customer service representative within 30 days of the delivery date. For orders made outside of Dubai you will need to organise and cover the postage cost.   • Refunds will be made into the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
  • We don't currently cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Any order discrepancies must be reported within 3 working days this includes damaged items.
  • When reporting damaged items please have order number to hand and images of the damaged product.
  • Please handle your products with care! Damages caused by improper handling aren't our responsibility.
  • Personalized/monogrammed items are not returnable.
